- ½ cup Parmesan-cheese-shredded
- 1 tsp Italian-Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt-more-to-taste
- ¼ tsp crushed-red-pepper-flakes
- PREPARING CHICKEN BREASTS: Make sure to cut chicken breasts horizontally to make them lean. Paper towel dries the chicken.
