Crock Pot Candy Peanut Clusters – I’ve something for peanut clusters, but the idea of melting the chocolate over the stove or in the microwave, only to have it thicken so quickly as it’s chilly in the home, frustrates me to no end.
Then I recalled this crockpot candy I have spotted all around the internet. I know I’ve professed my love for simple recipes over time, but I have to tell you this may be my favorite candy recipe ever. It will not get much more comfy, and the flavor is phenomenal.
I have loved my crockpots lately. Honestly, I just cook a few times a week, and then we reheat our dinners the other days. I really don’t understand how that happened, but I like this, and it works for us. As of late, on the cooking times, you will come across a slow cooker (or 3) on the counter.
As soon as I started thinking about candy making, the slow cooker was on my head, and this recipe instantly popped in my mind.
So I sent Chad to the store to grab a couple of things, and I had candy in only a few short hours (start to finish while my daughter napped). Rich and chocolaty, this recipe is really easy to make it will undoubtedly become a family tradition.
